3. Payment Processing & Merchant Settlement

4. Electronic Deliverables & Statutory Waiver of Withdrawal Right
Under statutory electronic commerce regulations, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and the US Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 7001), digital goods and immediate electronic services forfeit statutory 14-day cancellation rights once performance has commenced with the consumer's explicit prior consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
